SHELF LIFE-100 DAYS FROM PRODUCTION (we make batches weekly so they're fresh for customers). MUST BE REFRIGERATED.

Ingredients: Raw cow's milk Gouda (raw whole cow milk, cheese cultures, vegetable rennet, salt), whey, water, butter (whey cream, salt), guar gum, potassium sorbate, salt; onion, chives, garlic. May contain celery, basil, dill, oregano, marjoram, pepper.
